since they took over both chambers of Congress in 2021. They actually renamed what they had worked on in 2020 right after John Lewis passed away that year.

But to PASS the Senate, the fucking cloture Rule blocked it at the time (60 votes to move to debate) - even with attempts to get a carve-out for this and codifying Roe and with Manchin and Sinema (and even some others) refusing to change the Rule - even as a "carve out".

What frustrates ME more are "Democrats" who aren't paying attention to what Democrats are actually doing.
