I assumed that Carney was joining with Macron.

Then again, based on your comment about Macron, would you agree that Carney isn't in charge either?

I'm in full favor of what the Arab states put out today, because it addresses the I was just wondering why Canada wasn't aligning with that. And for the record, France co-hosted the conference that led to the Arab states' statement today, so while he is not in charge, he is certainly an important element in helping bring this together.
