(20,101 posts)3. My husband worked on the 2000 and 2010 Census.
He counted people, not ask them if there were US Citizens or what party they were affiliated with.

A census costs a lot of money, and takes a lot of temporary employees to accomplish

The Census Bureau uses statistical models to estimate those who do not respond including non citizens.

He explicitly said he was ordering a "new census". Recounting a previous census is not a new census.
