It's standard practice for any new hires in federal government to be given background checks by FBI or other investigators. Did any DOGE employees get checked out, including Elon Musk? I sincerely doubt it. But NOW they want to scoot directly into the "deep state" since there mission at DOGE is coming to an end.
These people engineered the terminations of so many worthy government professionals, and now they want to come in and take over.
