The stated emergency is always either not an emergency or just made up out of whole cloth. Since there's no push back, his goons run with it. A few lawsuits will be filed but with endless delays/appeals/venue-shopping/corrupt judges, etc., as well as the routine ignoring of court orders, there is no judicial branch anymore. The congress is afraid of doing anything, so we have an orange king.
