5. The 14th Amendment is SPECIFIC on citizenship. What does TACO Don not get?

The 14 the Amendment says....

ALL persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges.

The 14th Amendment makes NO mention of the immigration status of the parent(s), and thus bears no evidence going forward. The framers of this Amendment were clear to leave that out after the Civil War that Black Americans were indeed born in the United States since arriving in America for numerous generations prior to its ratification by 3/4 of the states in the 19th century.

TACO Don is playing games with the Law and he is convinced he has a solid case with the US Supreme Court. It is the role of the Supreme Court to uphold that which is constitutional and throw out that which is not. If that were the case, Ted Cruz would NOT be a US Citizen being that he was born of an American mother and Cuban father in CANADA of all places.
