Two months ago! Eight fucking weeks.

And here's the usual: "Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will serve as acting commissioner until a permanent replacement is in place, a senior administration official said."

I think we've all worked in places like this, where fickle admin changes their mind on a dime, and then there end up being people with 10 jobs in their so-called "portfolios."

What a mess.
