11. Well, it sounds like an automotive plant of the 70s and 80s.

I worked automotive glass for Libbey-Owens-Ford Glass Company in the 90s. The stories the "old timers" used to tell about extended beer brakes and building rooms surrounded by pallets. Older rooms in the plant had beer cans in the stair cases.

I worked at the Lathrop, CA plant but also was in N. Ohio in some of those facilities.

Everyone brags about strong heavy vehicles, but in real life yields were low and waste was plenty - still the company was making money hand over fist before the Japanese took over with their Kaizen methodology.

I've been NUMMI Facility as we supplied glass for the Toyota, Prizms and Corollas that were being built before the facility was a transferred to Tesla. I can imagine the riff raff going on there cause I knew a few Stockton goofballs that I knew were the shady drug party type who worked there.

Also, the pay is low in the 20's which is low considering it's the Bay Area. Go Figure.
