DoJ can order the arrests, the FBI can carry them out. How does the Gov propose to stop them? I don't think finger-wagging will help.

Oh, they'll doubtless take it to court, and probably win another meaningless decision. Meanwhile, Texas will send the Democrats to El Salvador or something.
