He has not evolved past second grade schoolyard threats. He makes a lot of threats but in the heat of the moment, forgets about that whole Discovery thing.

If he goes ahead and actually follows thru on half of his threats to sue, gotta wonder how hard lawyers for firms that capitulated to his threats and agreed to provide gratis legal services will actually work for the Crybaby in Chief.
