Watched his show and agree with your take.
Bill even started the conversation with Homan with a dig at Democrats. Then he listened attentively to all the lies that Homan spewed. He may have thought he was edgy when he asked Homan if they aren't going too far.

And Manchin: Both sides do it. Talk about someone living in a bubble

The good news was that Alex Wagner knows how to talk to people when they try to talk over her as Bill did. She got him to shut up.
