Every six months, we have to sign an attestation that we understand and agree to the ethics and social media rules. And that includes not fighting over political issues, even if you do not have anything that connects the bank to who you are online.

And yes, they have fired people before. Obviously the really easy way around that is to be totally fucking anonymous and not have anything that links who you actually are to your social media profile but I guess people haven’t figured that out yet.
