And no it's not "elder abuse" as the author, Sharon Adarlo, asked in her subhead. (I think it's a safe bet that Stan Lee knew that he was "signing away" the rights to use his likeness. He was no slouch. He was a good businessman and whatever he received in return was worth it to him.)
