I would be additionally interested to see if there was somebody, or something, behind (and encouraging?, incentivizing?) the perpetrators ... ?
The terms 'grooming' and 'radicalization' - cover some significant territory ...
One could hope, I suppose, that this was some kind of sick frat boy prank. Still pretty ugly stuff (and knowingly so?) - but that would be putting the best possible spin ...
