Wonder if trump will try to trade extending the ACA tax credits for the Dems promise to drop the request for the unredacted Epstein files….who would put it past him, he seems pretty desperate to avoid their release. We should ask for a lot more concessions while we’re at it (withdrawal of troops illegally put in place domestically, rescinding Medicaid cuts you name it) and then once our new Congress person is number 218 and sworn in, hold a press conference and insist they bring it to the floor of the house for a vote anyway, request their release anyway, that’s what they would do. Schumer and Jeffries seem incapable of playing this kind of hard ball however.
