In return for a stop to their own genocide, Palestinians give up their right to self-determination (it's now made conditional), right to representative governance, the protection of the UN (instead getting Trump as their colonial master), sovereignty, freedom from occupation (Israel to maintain "security paramater" which is unspecified and totally up to whatever Israel says it is), contiguity of territory, etc. And is exposes them to foreign and Israeli exploitation of their resources. There is no equal application of deradicalization (if anybody needs that, it's Israel), nor reparations, accountability for war crimes and the cost of damages caused by violation of international law by Israel etc.
It's a plan written by Netanyahu and dictated to Kushner, Blair and Witkoff. There are no guarantees or timelines for any conditions favourable to Palestine, only Israel, allowing Netanyahu to manipulate the process and in fact call off the plan any time he wants. Which would likely be within 72 hours, as soon as he gets the hostages back. And certainly well before the release of the Palestinian prisoners agreed to - which, btw, would still leave over 7,000!!! Palestinians, most of them innocent and kidnapped from Gaza, rotting in Israeli jails. Then it's bombs away!
This will happen even if Hamas accepts, because Netanyahu has neither morals nor honour. He does however have a very transparent agenda - "This place belongs to us".
Netanyahu has already stated he will "forcefully reject" a two-state solution and rejects withdrawal of Israeli forces too - said a mere hours after he lied to Trump's oblivious or complicit face. Sabotage again, brazen too.
Whether you think Hamas will accept or not depends on how stupid - or cornered - you think they are.
