1. Certainly a real opportunity given the trend from last Tuesday's elections. Problem is....

....while folks are increasingly hating on Trump and the affordability issue is a good seller, we as Dems better really have a plan to address that. If we win big in 2026, take the House and hopefully the Senate and a bunch of state legislatures but do nothing on the issue when we get there, we have a big problem in 2028. Yes, Trump is President in 2027 and can veto things and we will likely have similar issues in states with GOP Governors but we have to have clear FOCUSED legislation. Not kitchen sink catch all with every little thing we'd love to have. I pray we can do that.
