But what I was going to post (at least a variant of it) as a comment was this -

Here is someone who had "been there done that" when this country went through what we are going through now, but over a century ago, and she was one of the few who could still tell the story, while today, we watch all the "DEI" purge nonsense, erasure of the "embarrassing" parts of American history, and the implementation of what is amounting to ethnic cleansing.
