It should be noted that the "deal" reportedly has been stripped of the most offensive and provocative pro-Russian points and left others to be negotiated later - like land divisions.

I seriously doubt Russia has any intention of signing any agreement anyway, more likely to spin out any discussions of disagreements to play for time and give Trump a pretext for not imposing further sanctions. And in the vanishingly small possibility that it does, past experience advises doubt that it intends to honour any agreements and commitments.
