Both Murkowski and Collins have voted with the Democrats from time to time. I'm delighted to hear that they came through on this.

I was also glad to read that they "joined all Democrats in opposition." I assume "all Democrats" includes Fetterman. That's refreshing, considering how much he's been voting with the Repubs.

I'm not going to held my breath on the eventual outcome of all this, but it's good to see even a tiny glimmer of hope during these dark days.
