my son is high functioning. he has a phd in math, and makes a boodle as programmer.
i think in the math program half the kids were ‘aspies’ as we used to call them.

he only sees the profound cases, and think that’s it. doesnt realize the reason the numbers went up so fast is realizing how many quirky but functional ppl r also autistic.
