1. In Pennsylvania the Federal gov't funds around 67% of medicaide

I talked to one of our state reps the other day, and she confirmed that the commonwealth cannot make up that shortfall.

Non-Profit 911 ambulance services like mine derive more than 50% of our payer groups from Medicaid and Medicare.

This will kill our services.
