During a press conference at the White House today, Donald Trump announces he is invoking the Home Rule Act to send in the military and "clean up" Washington, D.C. He claims to be more qualified than anybody to "beautify" the nation's capital because of the "skills" he accumulated in his past as a businessman, a past that is riddled with numerous bankruptcies.
