Recent studies have demonstrated that any slight risks from the vaccine and the amount of spike protein gennerated ate less harmful than a COVID infection with out having the vaccine. Things like this and pharmaceuticals are often a trade off but in this case the trade is mostly for bennefit. Now by blocking research less effort will go towards increasing safety further.
