raised in narcissistic institutions to believe they are superior in all things. Hierarchies are the social, political, business structure of elitism. That much is without question.

The problem is what are we going to do about it? There are not enough psychiatrists to treat them, and even they are in an elitist pustule that condescends to mere mortals.

History shows purges or wars as pricking the bubbles. We have no mechanism to approach it.
