He's a stupid man who's brain is rapidly deteriorating. During the last campaign, I read a comment from a neurologist who said that Biden's brain was aging, but Trump's was "dementing". It's in full view now...you don't have to be a doctor to recognize it, and everyone but MAGA sees it.
