Fetterman dresses for his constituency. Besides the main urban centers, which are already to the left, his constituency includes the vast rural areas of PA and the "down home folks" who live there. They identify with him.

I don't recall Smith doing a video about Jordan's rolled up sleeves and lack of a jacket on the House floor, so what's his problem with Fetterman?

Smith sounds like a pompous old guy who can't pronounce Schumer's name very well.
