I skipped my college homecoming this weekend because I knew it would be hot (normally Homecoming is in late October or the first weekend of November) and I didn't think the football team would be that good. I was about 90% correct, it was hot (upper 90s) and the football team started out 0-3 this season. Where I was 10% wrong is that Southwestern won the game against a reasonably strong team (Birmingham-Southern) 43-20.

Since I didn't attend the game it allowed for me to keep up my regular posting activity. I doubt that I'm going to travel anywhere soon so as long as I don't end up in the hospital I should stay current. However, I want this war to end as much as anybody so I can be relieved from the daily reports. Still, I recognize the sacrifices being made by the Ukrainians so copying and pasting videos and participating in discussion is trivial in comparison.
