When he was in the White House, he farmed out what duties he could, mostly to Jared Kushner. He preferred to hold his "rallies." And we know he didn't read anything, including the presidential daily briefings. We heard that he'd rip them up and since they were required to be saved for the National Archives (like classified documents), his aides scrambled to tape them back together.
