I wonder if the father also lives with them and, if so, what his input was to this whole situation.

Sebewaing is a little town in the 'thumb' of Michigan. Less than 2,000 people. I doubt the mom was the only one being terrorized by this guy.

The main business is growing and processing sugar beets and probably Summer tourism since it is on Saginaw Bay. We used to stop there for ice cream.
