I worked at our local zoo as a zoo keeper. Great job by the way if your zoo is nice and caters to the critters they keep. The big old grizzly bears were not looking to kill you, they just wanted their food (and probably a better life but...). No other bears or anything really but those Polar bears gave us creeps up our backs. You did not dare look around without having them in your sight. The way we had to move them was pull on these heavy, steel rods that slid open the door inside. Not paying attention one of them put his paw up when I released the opening rod and hurled that post right into my face. I was out for a bit, the left side of my face was black and blue for a while. After that we taught everyone about their new trick but on the whole they wanted to kill us all and could you blame them?
