Thanks for being so specific about what you no longer eat.
You can get very good frozen organic fruit.
Canned fruit has too much sugar.
Try citrus or cut up a melon and eat in a pretty small bowl.
Store them, keep them cool in the fridge. Yummy.
SALT is in everything and Emmental is hard to find.
I have a cheese cutter that looks like a spade with a linear cutter in the middle.
It cuts very thin slices off of a block of cheese.
Remember, a pretty bowl.
What good news.
