1. My MAGA congresscritter sends glossy mailers under Congressional free postage, propaganda.

I've been cutting out my name/address and printing "REFUSED RETURN TO SENDER" in blue marker, and putting it in the post office mail box. I've wondered whether they would track me, although seems like we can refuse delivery, no?
