If I may respond, unless a change of address is entered, the mail with the known names of the addressee’s will still be delivered.

Honestly, just because you say they don’t live there doesn’t mean it’s a fact. That’s where the Change of Address makes it a fact.

Not trying to be rude to you. You’re just handling it wrong and you’re making yourself mad.
