Been trying to find this film for literally decades, can anyone help? [View all]

In it an expectant father plays drums on venetian blinds tables & the rest of the furniture.

This AM thot it might be Fred Astaire but it's more of a drum thing
not a dance (yes Fred played drums also piano accordian and oboe!)

Don't remember if it was a famous drummer or not...

Anyone?
