Take a strong dose of Tylenol as long as the pain persists, until the stone is passed. It seems like taking the Tylenol brings down the inflammation and makes it easier for the stone to pass. Last time. I went to the emergency room with a kidney stone, that’s all they gave me was Tylenol anyway..
