Mea Culpa! [View all]

I am so sorry I didn't notify y'all that I'd be off in my hole for awhile. I didn't mean to worry folks but I sure didn't think! Many thanks to John for helping keep track of me.
I was feeling overwhelmed with everything, and I have dealt with it, but I felt the need to keep dark so I could regroup and get my shit back together as much as is possible for me.
I have PT this afternoon, which I actually enjoy. I love the folks there so much - they keep me walking with a cane instead of a walker or being in a wheelchair: I have a twisted pelvis and the traction and exercises keeps the sciatica at bay without surgery.
I am still mourning, I have great support but it is a process to go through. I have to face the fact that the holes in my heart will not go away this side of the grave, but the main thing right now is I am functioning. Thank Heavens for friends, and that means all y'all here at DU as well as my f2f friends.
