15. You're all making me hungry! My version of a Philly Cheesesteak Sub.

Whole wheat 12" sub bread split (hot & toasted)
3/4 lb Shaved Sirloin
1/2 Lg. White Onion, diced
4 Sm Portobello Mushrooms (Baby Bella) diced
Sm Green pepper, diced
5-6 Slices Swiss Cheese according to preference
Colman's Hot Mustard

You know the deal:

Spread the mustard on the loaf's bottom half

Throw the meat and onions on the griddle.
Little later add the peppers
Little later melt the cheese on top

With a long spatula Ladle it onto the loaf...

Eat & Enjoy!
