Request for Covid Advice [View all]

I had two serious, but non-hospitalization, cases of COVID last year. Aside from vaccination -- which I took -- what recommendations do DU members have to avoid exposure and boost my immunity? Asking here because I don't trust contamination on health sites from HHS Kennedy batshoot crazy nonsense.
