So in the 1970s what's-your-sign was a fad (along with alternate stuff, Jesus-freaks, scientology, vitamins, health foods, Jane FONDA workouts, blah blah), and I am superficial, never went deep for anything of anything, but 40+ years later check the horoscopes almost daily while saying I don't believe in them. One of those piercing Libras said, "You *ARE* what you practice!" But proof of my non-compliance is that I regularly and enthusiastically disregard the '70s wisdom of "don't eat fried foods," although I abide by "milk fat is the WORST" and only use non-fat milk.

So the rap on Pisces back then was that we are moody, mealy mouthed, overly "sensitive," blah blah. Grudgingly they would say on the positive side that we are intuitive, able to see stuff coming, whatever. In my work life and ever always I gravitate to find out what Sign people are, although my focus is on the signs I've had the most contact with: Pisces, Cancer, Libra, Scopio, Leo, Aries, Taurus, Aquarius, Gemini, Virgo. For who-knows-why reasons I have zero clue about Sagittarius, Capricorn, who's left.

Anyway, I'm 78. Have had a load of recovery or hashing over of something concerning family stuff from when I was 10 (no, not abuse on me, but emotional trauma). So I've kept a total distance from a whole branch of people for 68 years, carrying the load around.

So this morning out of the blue I looked up somebody's name and the internet said that person will be 91 years old this year. Period. Then this evening I got a message from one of the Disconnected Ones informing me that that person passed today.

*** Repeating, I don't wish the passing on whomever. Am commenting on the Pisces reputation for intuition.
