I've been to Paris several times, and if I had the time I'd much rather go to Musee d'Orsay than The Louvre.
I find the works there much more pleasant on the eyes.
The wall of Van Gogh works is worth the visit.
But, the Monet, Manet, Cezanne, and the rest.....Terrific.
