14. Our Neighbors' Horses got spooked one 4th

One of the other neighbors started to set of fireworks without warning the rest of us. The neighbor with the horses and his sons had to rush out and get the horses moved to a higher pasture so they didn't hurt themselves or jump the fence. Some people have 0 consideration for anyone but themselves. I guess the two had a talk and at least the guy with the fireworks agreed to give advanced notice the next time. They both have since moved away.
