Reminds me of my first hummingbird. I was sitting by a stream about five years old and it came up and looked me right in

Our little yellow finches (lost to WNV a few years ago, but making a big comeback)

Purple Martins....we've had them for over 30 years. Fun to see their offspring learn to fly.

Hummers, egrets/herons, crows/ravens, macaws/grey parrots, baby mallards....
