6. Yes. I love the way her Father did it too so as not to embarrass the Father he was helping....

I once saw Katharine Hepburn in her later years (before Parkinson's really took her down) skiing in Aspen, CO. I was a teen just learning to ski, but she was unmistakable. At the time, celebs were ubiquitous but not harassed at all in town--so that they typically just seemed at ease. George Hamilton was also a fixture (and a very good skier, as I recall).

I always liked Hepburn... When she got to a certain age, you could tell she didn't give a flying F..k what others thought, but still a lovely lady.
