Tonight, enjoying a cocktail of my own invention: a Cascade Sunset. [View all]

Basically a vodka and tonic with half an ounce of limoncello, and a splash of Aperol. Yummy!

The color is reminiscent of that magic hour in Washington, when the setting sun touches the western slopes of Mount Rainier with pink and orange.

Hope everyone is having a relaxing weekend.
