3. The Cascade Sunset is the only one of mine that I could consider a true cocktail.

Every once in a while, I’ll make a dessert cocktail with whatever I have on hand. Something like Irish Cream, with Kahlua, whipped cream-flavored vodka, coffee liqueur, and some Frangelico.

But it’s the Cascade Sunset that I would submit to a cocktail creation contest.
