makes a nice thick sauce w/o cooking all day. i actually put dehydrated cherry tomatoes in my xmas cookies. (pro tip- cut in half or pierce the skin.)
i love my dehydrator. u can make chips out of carrots, zucchini, etc. slice thin, toss in a little oil, salt, maybe garlic or hot pepper, et voila, a crunchy, healthy snack.
onions come out very sweet as well. if u get a nice sweet, like a vidalia, they’re almost like candy.

i bag this stuff and toss them in the freezer, but some rice is a good idea, too.
