The midwest Meijer grocery store (and a lot more) chain recently added its own top-shelf store brand by the name Frederik's. They have several different flavors, and I was an instant fan of the avocado-cilantro-lime version. Sad to say, my local store has stopped carrying that flavor.
One of the things I like about the Frederik's potato chips is that most bags have several instances of 2-3 chips getting folded up on each other/stuck together in the manufacturing process, and those clumps of chips are extra thick and crunchy.
