"The phrase "I've got blisters on my fingers!" is not a lyric in a Beatles song, but rather an exclamation by Ringo Starr during the recording of their 1968 song "Helter Skelter". Starr was drumming so intensely that his hands became injured, and his frustrated remark was captured and can be heard in the final version of the song on The White Album."
