learned more by Youtube, blog postings and trial and error. I assume if it was structured the topic of RS WS would have come up before 4 weeks in.

The people are mostly about 20 years or more older than me. Lots of talk about hip and knee surgeries but they are encouraging and kind. , a nice group of people.
